@Nillkin2009 I have a Cube Pocket Keyboard from Nillkin that is malfunctioning. More than 48 hours after contacting your support for assistance all I get is the run-around from your AI chatbot. No response whatsoever from your personnel. I use this keyboard for work.

@Hollard I have been double invoiced due to an issue on my account. Nobody responds to my emails. Your call centre do their best by escalating, but there is no response from refunds.
I urgently need this overbilling refunded, there's been no resolution or response after an entire week.

Thousands of rands we've collectively lost this week to keep lights on.
In a depressed economy, when our margins are minimal, you're killing us.
Far worse than 'inconvenient'.

Many of us simply cannot run generators all day. Small businesses are already hurting. Do you understand the impact of this?
