I am a lifelong #migraine sufferer!

They started in the 2nd grade and I was put on beta blockers 😩

They have gotten more manageable over the years.. or I’ve just gotten used to dealing with the throbbing … 🤷🏼‍♀️

One thing for sure, they are definitely triggered by the weather.

I woke up this morning with a killer!! Couldn’t even think of getting up and out of bed.

Placebo Effect

A positive therapeutic effect claimed by a patient after receiving a placebo believed by him/her to be an active drug.

This is a real thing!

This is why it’s super important when testing medications, to have double blind placebo!
That way, neither the test giver nor the patient, know who is receiving the real medication.

Luckily, I have dogs who are immune to the placebo effect.

3 of my dogs have had major issues and I’ve watched them get better while taking my favorite molecules 💙
