📞 Call 911/Police. File the report.
📝 Get the Case Number. This is your receipt.
📢 THEN Notify Leadership. "Bishop, a police report has been filed (Case #12345). We are handling this with law enforcement."

By getting a Case Number first, you strip the institution of the ability to hide the report. You force the system to work.
