@marksandspencer I was told by a member of staff they are cleaned twice a day, I doubt if they’re cleaned once a week thoroughly and would imagine it’s a health hazard and in breach of health and safety!

@marksandspencer I visited your store in Strood this morning and decided to use the toilet located at the rear of the store, next to the bakery. I can honestly say it was one of the worst toilets I have ever used. It was filthy and I would have never believed I was in M&S.

@LoveWilko after buying vitamins yesterday and not being sure if I handed over £10 or ��20 but given change for £10, then leaving shop and receipt showed I'd given £20. Went back and though helpful, I was told the receipt has no bearing on what's in the till!

@BandQ just got back from looking around the garden centre at Gravesend. Horrified to see 4 rats scurrying across the walkways! I must admit it put me right off so we made our exit!

@sainsburys I’d like to think they would be cleaned more than once a day and regularly checked. Sainsburys have plenty of stock of cleaning products and air fresheners maybe they should use them and replace the germ ridden and soiled toilet brushes! Yuk 🤮

@sainsburys I visited your Hythe store today and used the toilets that were absolutely disgusting. I have used them before and hoped there may be improvements since Covid but alas not. They stank and were unhygienic in the extreme! Evidently they’re cleaned once a day! 🤢

@sainsburys Yes, I asked if they are ever cleaned and she said once in the morning. She also agreed they are not good and that she doesn’t ever use them. She screwed her face up at the very thought! Visited at 12:00 today.
