I've been part of this from the very beginning, and getting it to where it is today has been a journey. There's a huge amount of product work that never makes it onto the screen — the edge cases, the error states, the scope calls, the "why does this flow break here" investigations, and the things you rebuild more than once until they're right. Most of that is invisible to the people using the app, and that's exactly the point: when it's done well, nobody notices. I'm proud of the part I played in getting that detail right.

But a launch like this is never the work of one person. Every part of it was a team effort — design, engineering, the late sprints, and the people who kept pushing when it would've been easier to cut corners. To everyone involved: this is yours as much as anyone's, and I'm grateful to have built it alongside you.

This is a game-changer, and we're just getting started.
