Compare and contrast what you are being taught and what you are doing vs the best in college and beyond.
Know what you are looking at.
If you are 5-9, looking at someone 6-4 may not be your model but there are some things you can learn.
If you are only working on getting better at practice, you are only halfway there.
Mental reps matter too.
