@GalacticMichi It's okay to acknowledge that grief so you're on the right track. Don't force yourself to stay positive, but don't let it eat you alive either. Just acknowledge that it's ok to stop and be human for a while, and just do what you need to to get through the day.

@GalacticMichi The whole process takes a little while. It's surprising in the moment just how you can carry on. It means you're doing well, so take it as encouragement. It'll also indicate that you can absolutely handle the next stages, too.
