@samjunyarts God's grace is not an excuse to be harmful to ourselves and others. If we have been harmful to ourselves and others, we can ask God for forgiveness and forgive others. God's grace is about relationship and love. It is not about demonising others and fear based religion.

@TVachaW My thoughts on why intention is overlooked is that in modern secular practice, benefits of meditation is always emphasised. Nothing wrong with that because it attracts a lot of people who would otherwise have no interest in it.
