Fed up with my back. Twinged it again on Saturday now been off work AGAIN since Monday. Looks bad on my record but I can't help it. Today j thought was bettwr then I move and spasm back again in lower part of back.

My boy wanted me to chase him around the green. I managed 2 with a break. He's so fast for nearly 8 yrs old. Now jm paying for it aching all over. To think I went to gym 5 times a week with hrs of cardio + kick boxing 🙃

I can confirm sniffles, runny nose,blocked nose,headache, soar head to touch, sickness,tiredness, scratchy throat and soar, cough,mucas, poor sleep no change there, aching joints sure more to come 😴🙈😷 #Covid #COVID19 and my 10yr old too

Well that's just was all I need. #COVID19 and looks like I've given it to my son who I do bedtimes with. Youngest so far negative and partner I don't know yet. 🙈🙏.

Still feeling rough. Yesterday cold then hot clammy, headache and sensitive to touch. Maybe a spot back of throat soar to swallow and now getting chesty cough with the nasty stuff. 😴😔 children = no rest

So my reply from NHS has said my results show no sign of sleep apnea and to just do some meditations. How can the home sleep test be accurate when I spent most if the night awake due to the belt alarm saying not connected...yet my O2 ring says low O2 regularly 🙄

@tiredguineapig I did stop for a bit that's twice now but started getting leg pain and inflammation again and I tried to save as gets expensive. Any reason why diff supplier? Is it the filler used.. I went from the liquid back ti capsules more money but the liquid was making me feel sick.
