@PearlJam @TheGarden @oliverbarrett Worst merch experience ever! Waited in line for hours only to be split into 3 lines inside. They forced us into 1 where posters were sold out. No chance to switch lines or buy a poster. So many people behind us got posters because they were placed in a lucky line. Terrible system
