It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the Douglas Business Association announces the passing of our Chairperson, Padraig Sheehan.
Padraig was a well known and loved figure in the Douglas community, professionally recognised as a dedicated Solicitor on Church Road.
Above all his accomplishments, Padraig was deeply devoted to his family. At this very difficult time we extend our heartfelt condolences to his wife Niamh, his children Aoibhe, Robert and David, as well as his extended family, friends, and colleagues.
Rest in Peace, Padraig.
Padraig will be deeply missed by every member of the Douglas Business Association. His friendly face, his insightful guidance and his unwavering belief in the potential of Douglas will be a loss felt by all who knew him. He leaves behind a strong legacy within our association.
His commitment was the driving force behind the re-establishment of the Douglas Business Association in 2022, following the challenging period of the Covid pandemic. He was the main visionary, demonstrating extraordinary leadership to bring our business community back together.
For many years, he provided a full and valued range of legal services, guiding both commercial enterprises and private individuals with wisdom and integrity.
Beyond his legal practice, Padraig had a great passion for growing business in Douglas.
