@MattSandersNBA Feels worth noting this. What people hate is the flopping. One teams drawn foul calls are mainly in the painted area. One team's is not. It's not the amount. It's watching plays where the only goal is to draw a foul, not score, not play defense, game the official. It's ugly bball

@priceacarter Sadly, as a spurs and chiefs fan (KCMO family raised in SA) it’s exactly the same. Finding little edges within the rules and taking full advantage of it. I think it’s exactly like the NFL, the officials are going to miss (sometimes egregiously) and vets know how to exploit it.

It feels rigged to the average fan but it’s just an elite team knowing the situation, knowing the official, and using that knowledge to get an extra edge. Yes they’re “flopping” but it’s when the spurs put themselves in bad spots. Can’t criticize gamesmanship
