@airtel this is not acceptable. We have moved to a new city and raised for a connection transfer. Why on earth is it taking so long to even respond? It should have been resolved but everyday we are getting new dates. Internet is imp for us as we work. Raised on 27th June.

@pnbindia we went to your Electronic city branch in Bangalore today to ask for our loan statement and there were two loan accounts. The concerned person shared the same statement twice and now is not responding to emails. This is so unmindful n you expect customers to run arnd?

However the experience took a backseat because we have seen that 90% time we are trying to battle to get food delivered.
