Loyalty to brands is a fragile thing. #BritishAirways lost my baggage and have not given it another thought. Extraordinary example of negligent customer service.
@British_Airways Good afternoon BA. Having been separated from my suitcase for more than 72 hours with NO contact/update from BA at all, please can you bring me up to date on the next steps. I am incredibly disappointed at BA's dismal customer service. NO suitcase, NO update..NO interest.
@British_Airways very disappointed. Today BA mislaid my luggage come in from Johannesburg. BA claim to care however system was last updated 10am this morning. Not a great deal of care or concern.
@British_Airways Hello Chris, it is not encouraging to suggest there are so many pieces of individual BA luggage going missing daily. Such a shame BA can not be trusted to ensure personal belongings are safe. They clearly are not.
@British_Airways Hi Neil, thank you for replying. However, the attempt at reassuring words needs to be followed up with action. The last time anyone updated the system was yesterday at 10am. BA tagged my bag. How could they loose it. I entrusted BA.

@British_Airways your customer service is really poor. I have been trying to resolve a query regarding a refund that is over 10 days overdue and I canโt get a response from any customer service at all. I have been flying with you for thirty years! That doesnโt seem to matter.
