Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Shri Ayush Sinha, today’s Samadhan Shivir was held at the Mini Secretariat, Sector-12, Faridabad, and chaired by SDM Faridabad Dr. Hunny Bansal.

Citizens raised issues related to Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP), ration cards, encroachment, police, electricity and other public services. Necessary directions were issued to the concerned departments for timely resolution of the grievances.

#Information | Shri Rajesh Nagar, Haryana's Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, reviewed the ongoing development works in Greater Faridabad and the Tigraon Assembly constituency today.

During the review meeting, he directed officials from the concerned departments to accelerate development activities to provide better basic amenities to the residents and to ensure the resolution of public grievances on a priority basis.

#Information | DISHA Committee Meeting: Review of Development Works in Faridabad

A meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) was held under the chairmanship of Union Minister of State for Cooperation and Faridabad MP Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar.

Key issues including waterlogging, drinking water, roads, sewerage, street lighting, sanitation and waste management were reviewed. Officials were directed to ensure permanent solutions, timely completion of pending works, quality standards and physical verification before payments.

The meeting reaffirmed the focus on efficient civic infrastructure, accountability and timely delivery of public services in Faridabad.

#Information | EVM-VVPAT Warehouse Security Reviewed in Faridabad

Deputy Commissioner Shri Ayush Sinha conducted the quarterly inspection of the EVM-VVPAT Warehouse at Sports Complex, Sector 12, Faridabad, along with CTM Ankit Kumar and representatives of political parties.

The security arrangements, CCTV surveillance, fire safety equipment, cleanliness and other essential facilities were thoroughly reviewed. The DC directed officials to ensure strict compliance with all security standards prescribed by the Election Commission of India and keep CCTV systems operational at all times.

He reiterated that there must be no lapse in the security of EVM-VVPAT machines.

🏃‍♀️CISF Champions of Endurance, Fitness & Determination!

CISF personnel showcased remarkable sporting excellence with podium finishes at prestigious Half Marathons held on 27.09.2026.

At the 1st Edition of Chandaka Green Marathon, Bhubaneswar, organised by the Government of Odisha, Shri Sanat Kumar Patel, Commandant, CISF Unit Paradip Port, secured 2nd position in the Half Marathon. His podium finish comes soon after his commendable performance at the challenging Spiti Marathon.

Smt. Bhumika Varshney, Deputy Commandant secured 2nd Runner-Up (3rd Prize) in the Women’s Category at the Faridabad Half Marathon, completing the challenging 21.1 km course in an impressive 2 hours.

These achievements reflect the spirit of endurance, discipline, determination and fitness that continues to define the CISF sporting ethos.

Congratulations to both officers for bringing laurels to CISF!
