Great start to the week today! Coach Kergosien came out again to work with our vaulter, our thrower and sprinter completed a solid workout, and the mid distance crew learned and repped segments of the 800M.

The DCA Track Crew got to hear some wisdom from Tommy Reeder today. Tommy is an SSC Alum who is in the Naval Academy, where he also throws the disc and hammer for the Midshipmen.
