@ChtyCommission Can someone confirm how long annual accounts should take to be recorded? Ours were submitted but we’re still showing as overdue on the website. My attempts to call and speak to someone have failed and my email I sent two weeks ago has not yet been answered either.

@HMRCcustomers Previous occupants vacated my address back in 2015 yet we are still receiving their letters, despite me returning everything to sender for the last 7yrs. Any idea how this can be updated? Tried calling but got cut off…
