Parents are getting older, younger ones are about to go to college, but all I get for my service is 20k just to pay my rent and feed my stomach.

Nurses deserve much more dn d almost diminish salary with a proper regular job security. Hope our CM sticks to his word with immediate effect.

I believe that this pandemic may have opened the eyes of our Govt. Our hlt department was never prepared to face any kind of epidemic or acute cases. Acute shortage of NOs, medical equipments, medicines, expertise in operating hi-tech equipments, untrained human resources,etc.

Nursing is hard still some choose it because of job security & some with the intention to serve people. But with the job security of 20200 we are unable to look after our dear ones. Kindly help us so that we can help our family members.

A state hospital like trihms should have only regular staff working there but Govt is managing only with contractual nurses. There are nurses who haven't been regularized since 5 years and it's utterly disheartening.
