@radvan70 @KevinKileyCA The ballot I filled out and all the ballots we see being counted, the mail in ballots are already ‘paper ballots’. All ballots submitted or postmarked on or before election are treated as if they were submitted on the ‘same day’.

@KevinKileyCA It already is a ‘deadline’ …. for submitting votes to be counted. The mail-in ballot must be postmarked on or before the date of ‘election day’.
