Just google calendar on phone. All at 8am each day. They have corresponding gmail that can keep things sticky (18 sticky tasks in my inbox atm). In any given day convert to timers for say that 3pm consultant appointment. Regular timers for regular meds or putting out the bins.

If you're doing cheese on toast, you toast the bread first and then put the cheese on and slam it under the grill. You DO NOT toast one side of bread under the grill and then put cheese on the untoasted side and the grill. This is just wrong.

@fesshole Turds have a high fat content, they soften with heat. Bucket of very hot water from the bath hot tap, aim it down the back of the loo so paper is not compacted in. If first one doesn't work leave for a few minutes for the heat to work, then repeat.
