@raaviolli@mikewang1130@LuthorCorpNews Just because you don’t like the suit doesn’t make it a bad adaptation and just because you think it’s a bad adaptation of the source material doesn’t make it a bad show
@kennygdude@prnjals Don’t put Zach Snyder in the same sentence as Nolan. I don’t care about hate campaigns from a loud minority when Nolan is making interesting and good movies. That’s just my opinion tho if that’s ok with you? If Nolan actually made man of steel maybe it wouldn’t be boring af
@kennygdude@prnjals I think the hate campaign you’re referring to was just the general sentiment that DC doesn’t make good movies after green lantern, man of steel, BVS, SS. You’re allowed to believe whatever you want tho. Maybe if you start a love campaign you can force me to like BVS
@kennygdude@prnjals Also back to my original point. When a movie is bad people will point to anything as the “reason” why. The only thing that matters is that people did not enjoy it when they went to see it in theatre’s
@kennygdude@prnjals Sorry im not a box office expert. You’re right that it was 69. That doesn’t change the fact that most people didnt like the movie when it came out. Which is why it made less than civil war and WB felt the need to course correct
@kennygdude@prnjals Sorry it was 70%. That’s still a steep drop off. Again I love DC and I wanted to have great DC movies at the time it’s not my fault they weren’t
@kennygdude@prnjals I was there when it came out and I wanted it to be good. I didnt even hate it but most people didn’t like it that’s why it had an 80% drop off second week. It matters whether people liked the movie at the time more than if people come around on it 10 year’s later
@frankknightrise@DiscussingFilm Characters can be in different projects that have different tones. The writer and director determines the tone not any specific character
