Since 2019, Iowa student proficiency results have jumped by 11 percentage points in literacy for eighth grade and 12 percentage points for science in both fifth and eighth grades. Thanks to implementation of landmark early literacy legislation, inclusion of science proficiency in our statewide accountability system and the dedication of schools across the state, Iowa is seeing results!

There's a little voice in your head constantly telling you that you aren't good enough, strong enough, smart enough. DON'T LISTEN!
Instead, TALK TO YOURSELF and be supportive and encouraging like you would if you were talking to a friend. Feed the Positive Dog!
#BePositive
If you want to change your situation you must first change your thoughts. Because if you keep on thinking what you have been thinking you’ll keep on getting what you have been getting.
Life is a test. Are you going to pass or fail?
Are you going to stay positive in the face of ur doubts, fears, & challenges?
It's not about being fake or thinking you can do it all yourself. It's about being optimistic, living with hope & having faith.

"Don't complain. 80% of those that hear you don't care and the other 20% are glad you have problems." --Lou Holtz
Forget complaining and find solutions if you have problems.

"Can't never did anything"
I can still hear it today, 40+ years later. That word.....can't......was not allowed at any time. Pushups for using it. Why? To help us realize that to be successful you had to believe that it was possible.CAN was the only option. Thanks Coach.
