8 months waiting for parts is too long. What’s happening??

@tchelicon I have a voice live 3 that I purchased a few years ago. It worked perfectly until the screen lost brightness to the point of being unusable about 8 months ago. I sent it o for repairs to one of your authorized sellers and have been waiting 8 months to have it fixed
