@PedernalesCoop I have emailed 3 times and called twice since yesterday about my main electric line being grounded in my backyard from a neighbors tree limb. Our lights are on but voltage is very low…can’t even plug in a small space heater. The line is draped across our roof. We need help.

@americanair thanks for telling me that I would need to check my carry on due to the overheads being full before I got on the plane. You forced 20-25 people to do this with all of this open overhead space. Lies!

@AmericanAir They didn’t ask for volunteers, they told us if we were in a certain boarding group that we needed to check bags. Everyone that had to check their bags could have easily found space. You took time away from a quarter of your passengers on the plane having to wait at baggage claim
