De Ding

I am running as a candidate for 1BC Burnaby East Riding for upcoming provincial election(Oct. 24,2026).

my campaign website:

[De Ding @DdingTx]

@burnabymartin I will put in 150% effort.

[De Ding @DdingTx]

I am running to unseat an NDP incumbent in Burnaby East. You can support me by donating to my campaign, do some door knocking, distribute flyers or just cheer me on social media.

https://t.co/PtvUkYmFGG, you $100 dollar donation to my campaign will generate $75 tax income tax credit.

The CHOICE is cristal clear…

Which one will you choose?

[De Ding @DdingTx]

I do read comments. I sometimes laugh at the low-level attacks that boil down to “you post in Chinese.” Canada is a mosaic society, and many immigrants are multi-talented. Being able to express myself in my native language doesn’t make me any less Canadian — though I’ll admit my French needs some work - but then I am running a public office in BC.

NDP Niki Sharma finds whiteness "unbearable."

What do you call it when someone finds you "unbearable" solely based on your skin colour? 🤔

[Tara Armstrong @TaraArmstrongBC]

The BC Conservatives sold themselves as the change. I know better, first-hand. I lived it. Corruption allegations. Bloc-pandering. The same rotten playbook as everyone else. No good party options this election, despite some people’s buy-in of the "other" guy. You’ll see.

[Anthony Russo @AnthonyRussoBC]

🚨Must watch! Moose on the Loose takes a deep dive into allegations of corruption within the BC Conservative Party.

Watch and share!

[Robin Roy OneBC Abbotsford South @RobinRoyOneBC]

Why to vote OneBC. Why to vote Robin Roy Abbotsford South.

[De Ding @DdingTx]

I'm Canadian. I'm not white. Playing the race card is lame.
Why do we even care about skin colour? Maybe because the NDP has no substance beyond it?
Burnaby East deserves a debate on costs, housing and jobs.

我是加拿大人，我不是白人。打種族牌在很low。
我們為什麼要在乎膚色？也許是因為新民主黨除此之外，根本沒有實質內容。
本拿比東區需要的是一場關於生活成本、住房和就業的辯論。

Due to technical error, these candidates do not appear as OneBC on the ballot, but they are OneBC in spirit, and they would be welcomed as OneBC MLAs should they win:

Helen Scott in Peace River South
Lee-Ann Bates in Port Coquitlam
Denis Hurtubise in Surrey South
Timothy Webster in Vancouver Yaletown
James Yaroshuk in Surrey Guildford

Please vote for them!

今天下午中文電視台採訪了我，問了一些關於Burnaby East選區現況的問題，以及如果我當選省議員，會如何改變現狀。
節目預計下週一播出，屆時再通知大家。

另外，捐款$125 即可獲贈T恤或帽子.

Ellis Ross chief of Haisla Nation ran against Kevin Falcon and was pragmatic on resources and residential school history. From a basketball kid needing a grant for worn shoes to bringing $40B LNG Canada project and building Haisla wealth. No wonder he's an MP. We need more Ellis!

I believe @One_BCHQ and @Conservative_BC are in alignment on this issue. After all there were 18 LNG projects proposed by then BC Liberal premier @christyclarkbc but all shut down by NDP except one!

[OneBC @One_BCHQ]

Not in British Columbia. Not on our watch.

A man walking along the shore after a storm sees the beach covered with starfish stranded by the tide. Farther down the sand, a child is picking them up one by one and throwing them back into the water.
“What are you doing?” the man asks.
“Saving the starfish,” the child says. “The tide is out and the sun is up. If I leave them, they’ll die.”
The man looks at the miles of beach. “There are thousands of them. You can’t possibly make a difference.”
The child bends down, picks up another starfish, throws it past the breakers, and says: “It made a difference to that one.”

Please help this little boy - at heart and make a tax deductible donation to my campaign:
