A district-level mock exercise was conducted today, 25 February 2026, at the Dharamshala Ropeway. During the drill, five persons were rescued safely—two from a simulated collapsed building and two from a cabin stranded near Pillar No. 4.

जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (DDMA) कांगड़ा तथा सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी कांगड़ा के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आज से “जलवायु परिवर्तन एवं आपदा प्रबंधन” विषय पर तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम धर्मशाला में आरंभ हुआ।
