Project DFA update: It will be more than two songs for covering. Might be looking at 7 songs at the most for best vocal range & warming up for my rusty bass voice. So far it's looking like a mix of rock, metal and country for genres.

Been a while since I did an update on my personal project; Project DFA.
I'll be doing two; maybe three covers before I do originals, as to warm up my rusty singing voice.

For the songs I'm covering. Same band, same genre, two different styles, will hit the feels

@LittleLady_Kiwi Lol, it's fine Kiwi. I'm thinking of covers as a way to get my voice back into singing shape and get the bass back. And it would also give me time to find a program for making my own instrumentals.

Only a few people know what I sound like. And I guess the voice reveal I did a bit ago helped me a little with some self confidence issues. I have a few projects that I plan on doing (some narrative videos and original songs). I'm curious as what y'all think

I'm trying my best as of now to not let both the self doubt and self depreciation get the best of me. It's hard, I've dealt with it on my own in the past. I am hanging in there, I've had those moments but I am trying my best to be the new and better me and beat the stigma

Another mini thread for Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. One thing I've noticed for me is that I have the one two combo that's coming back; self doubt and self depreciation. Part of me didn't want to believe it was back, but I couldn't lie to myself.

Factor three continued: While it is beneficial to know the entirety of what is wrong, I fear that I'd be seen different, treated different, be judged & possibly forgotten & discarded. Some may say don't worry about it cause it's childish; I worry because I have few I can turn to.
