@shipwreckedcrew Great post. Your final point is the most important. I tell all of my clients that it’s not “jury selection”, it’s really “jury exclusion”. You try to strike the worst jurors for your case and then you’re stuck with whoever is left.
@DGPsalm3@CollinRugg@Realalexclark Teachers, nurses, and lawyers. I try to avoid them during jury selection, but sometimes I’ve run out of peremptories and got stuck with them, which usually meant asinine jury questions and bizarre verdicts.
There are many interesting arguments on both sides, but I think the overall issue is that none of this would’ve come up if it wasn’t for their hatred for President Donald Trump, and it is hatred at all levels and aspects and branches of government and we’re talking about the establishment here the people who have ruined our country because of their excessive unbroken power.
So now, when the people elect somebody to tear that system apart, they use unfounded unjustified methods to try to thwart the change that the people actually voted for
Don't tell me how to be a Black woman! Taking hormones are optional. The idea that a Trans woman has to subject herself to BIG PHARMA, is just another way for cis normative people to turn us into a commodity. I’m an ALL NATURAL Black trans lesbian with a penile aesthetic.

Here canvassing in Ellicott City, Maryland, and the things I’m hearing are breaking my heart.
5th-generation Marylanders are thinking about moving to North Carolina because they can no longer endure Gov. Moore’s tax and spend policies and failure to lower costs.
This isn’t one isolated conversation. Maryland continues to rank near the bottom nationally for net domestic out-migration. Marylanders are moving because of the following:
• Climbing property tax bills
• Crushing utility rates
• Relentless MVA fee hikes
• Year after year of budget shortfalls
• Stagnant economic opportunity
Gov. Moore and Annapolis Democrats do not care about lowering costs. They only care about acquiring political power at the expense of Marylanders.
Every day I’m fighting so hard for you. I’m going to end the status quo in Annapolis. Under my leadership, we will enjoy lower taxes, lower utility costs, and good governance.
It’s time to take back our state!
@RNCResearch I used to live in Virginia and I always had my ID out when getting my ballot because I have a weird last name, but the workers always said it wasn’t necessary. After moving to Maryland and doing the same thing in MoCo, the poll workers were offended and told me to put my ID away
@BMDKYUSA@TheLastRefuge2 Not individual voters, but states can pursue (or should be able to) such claims. I think Paxton tried on behalf of Texas, but it was thrown out on either justiciability or standing grounds.
@sp2020sts @Liz_Wheeler It’s called circumstantial evidence, retard. Vehicle matching his arrives and then extrapolate from there with what videos show.
Watch here as Rick Wilson (the fake Republican running the Lincoln Project -- what a total farce!) does the following in just one short clip:
1) He threatens @realDonaldTrump's family if Trump succeeds in working with the Senate to end the filibuster. (Only chumps who think Rick Wilson is a "conservative" believe that Democrats will not quickly terminate the filibuster if they retake the Senate.)
2) Says the filibuster is a necessary check on the power of both sides. I'm going to keep this clip handy for if/when the filibuster is killed by Democrats in the Senate in 2027+ to play back when Rick Wilson predictably acts to defend their maneuver.
3) He drops an "f" bomb to say various Senators hate Trump with the power of a million suns.
Such a pleasant fellow.
More seriously, these threats by the Left need to end. Why do we never see the MSM scream from the high heavens about threats from the Left directed at the Right?
