Can someone please tell me why every 2/3 years you write to me stating I still owe an overpayment of tax credits - after setting up a payment plan for years !! I’m really troubled to know where my funds have actually gone … 🙈

@HMRCcustomers I have tried now for 6 odd years !! Quite concerning really wrote letters - tried calling ! What a shambles .. thank god I pay by direct debit every month so I have proof ! God knows where my finds are being sent too ! Thin air …

@AskPayPal August I contact PayPal to ask why my daughters funds were being held , it’s December I have a chain of emails they stayed someone would contact me no one ever has @MartinSLewis please can you advise ? What they have done I’m not sure is even legal !

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin my mum was self employed for 3 years before Covid I never applied for a grant for her - is this possible to do now ? She was at retirement age anyway - but has been pulled back to work due to being a nurse , she didn’t receive any income March - august
