A lot of people commenting on the Obsession pay situation don’t know how films operate in pay, finances, and how fucked the rates are for most things over the past decade.

@bornposting It the films faults though it’s the industry and in that, all your indie films mostly operate like this, I’ve been in it for 7 years and it’ll take all of us pushing for drastic change. Also, your not making a movie on a budget like that without that pay, fight for your points

@ShawnNOrlando Yea idk just seems she lacked experience and didn’t try to negotiate points, I’ve worked on multiple $1mil~ films as crew and slot of dept heads negotiate points as security when their day are 275-325
