@BottleneckNYC I’ve placed lots of orders and been shopping at your shop for years, but this is simply unacceptable. What on earth has happened here? I’ll be without the poster, of course.

@stuartjw_ @BottleneckNYC Yes, I’ve got no complaints about @BottleneckNYC . I’ve always had good communication with them. In fact, I’ve got the IT: Welcome to Derry vinyl itself waiting to be dispatched, but I already knew beforehand that it couldn’t be combined with other orders.

@stuartjw_ @BottleneckNYC I know, but it’s also happened to me several times that the print is ready for dispatch and I haven’t yet been able to add anything else I’d like to include, or the one I have is being sent without a tube because it’s a different format and they can’t be combined.

@BottleneckNYC But I refuse to pay more for postage than for the poster itself (which is where the artist, the printer and you need to make your money – and that’s where I want my money to go). An example from a year ago:

@BottleneckNYC Well, that’s a shame. I’m not sure whether to look into some sort of distribution in Europe, as many vinyl labels do.
