@openupafrica I suppose one youth need to be told that in the job market, we start small. Rome wasn’t built in a day. We don’t necessarily reach the peak on the first job. If youth are aware of this, they’ll be more open and prepared for the job market.

I just wish we did better than RIP and MHSRIP.

Perhaps give them an extra minute and write it out in full?
I don't know but those abbreviations make me cringe.
