@dominos Order has been in prep for over 2hrs now & ETA was over 1hr ago. Cannot reach the store as the line has been busy for over an hr. Also, prepaid online so had Pie Pass, now refresh shows I do not. Expected some delay, but WTF.

@neimanmarcus Ordered product on Dec 26, Cust Service confirmed deliver on Dec 31, now deliver for Jan 5. Ruined surprise. Every time I had to inquiry. WTF

@1800flowershelp Rarely on social media, but felt compelled to express terrible exp as cautionary tale. Mobile & web UX=frustrating so had to ☎️. Order #183328253 (date/price confirmed). Called 2 update greeting & found out date was wrong+cc was charged 10% more. 🤦‍♂️Canceled. WOT.
