MultiCam Black was never made to be a camouflage whatsoever. On the contrary, it was made to be quite the opposite.

Crye wanted a camouflage that would stand out quite literally for branding reasons among LEOs. They wanted it to be used by LEO tactical teams so that when they showed up, the bad guys knew the authoritative presence was on the field.
