Britain’s Atomic Bomb Scandal reveals how 22,000 servicemen were exposed to atomic tests in the 1950s-60s without protection. Many fell ill in the years that followed, yet have not been compensated by successive UK governments. Airs Sun 15 Sept, 9pm on @Channel4
I just signed the petition calling on the Post Office Minister, @kevinhollinrake to prevent @RoyalMail reducing their delivery requirements from six days to three days a week. Will you sign too? https://t.co/KKkstNQpwl via @38degrees
@Mikeygy It's just the change in temperature, and wood doing it's thing. It's a common problem with fotoflame finishes... although there are some minters around with no issues. Found this on Google 😕
@Mikeygy I don't mind the aged or road worn look, but the way mine has cracked annoys me. It's basically a flamed maple photo, shrink-wrapped onto the body. The wood expands and shrinks, but the shrink wrap doesn't, so it cracks. Some like it, but I'd rather have a genuine 60's colour.
@Mikeygy@Fender Nice 👍🏻 I'm thinking of getting my MIJ 62 Strat refinished. The Fotoflame finish is cracking. I'm thinking Candy Apple Red. Should look good with the mint green pickguard.
