I was not at touch-less, it was a regular pre-check line. The agent at Atlanta kiosk finished with the person in front of me and as I was still in line before I stepped forward captured my photo is what they told me, the supervisor said it was in photo mode and couldn’t go back to ID only. So I am honestly unsure if they actually captured my photo and why they were unable to manually verify. Also am unsure why they insisted if I didn’t proceed they would need to contact Atlanta police. I was not conformational at all, I was more curious on why they were unable to go back and do an ID check which is what made me request their supervisor.
