@FxrtuneTellings -- her voice took a tone that was barely above a whisper.
"If Madame Lulu is not taking visitors then maybe Olivia Caliban would?" Snicket arched a brow, a hint of a grin painting her lips.
@FxrtuneTellings L took a small step back, taking half a moment to scan her gaze over the disguise, it was good, very good, and she could see why Jacques had picked her.
"I can assure you, I'm not seeking anything, I'm a friend," Lemony held up her hands in a peaceful surrender.
But then --
@igneetmolliti "Jesus H Christ!" Lemony quietly exclaimed, feeling like she'd been caught as a culprit, holding up her glass.
She nodded softly, offering half a smile. "Yeah, go back to sleep Scieszka,"
@FxrtuneTellings -- around herself as she approached the marquee.
"I would ma'am, but it appears that I've travelled too long of a way to now reach a dead end," Snicket called back, digging her hands into her pockets.
@FxrtuneTellings For a detour that she hadn't planned at all, Lemony was oddly relaxed in the situation. Her brothers death had been a shock to everyone, but it also meant that the other Snicket sibling had to return to the field.
The Cool nights air made the brunette wrap her jacket tighter --
@igneetmolliti "Yes ma'am," She obliged with a grin, before changing into the pyjamas that Jacquelyn had so kindly gotten out for her.
Lemony hummed softly, the volunteers home was cosy and sweet.
It's only two hours later that the brunette tiptoed back into the kitchen for more water.
@igneetmolliti -- is your house, I'm not kicking you out of what's rightfully yours. So woman up, and think 16 year old slumber party." L smiled, holding her hands out for Jacquelyn, like a toddler for a cookie.
@igneetmolliti The brunette took the PJ's with a soft grin, glancing back up to the volunteer, "As a matter of fact Scieszka, I do not wander. I stride." She laughed softly, placing the attire on the bed.
She'd had fun too, and that was incredible. "It was my pleasure. Now come here. This --
@igneetmolliti "I am right," the brunette mused, sipping her water again.
L let a frown occupy her features. She wasn't about to let Jacquelyn move onto a couch in her own home. Snicket placed down the half full glass and nodded.
"That would be appreciated Jackie," Lemony followed the --
@igneetmolliti L took the glass gratefully; a small lopsided grin on her lips.
"That explains a lot," the brunette sipped her water, leaning back against the counter with a smirk as she continued, "Why you're always so infuriated... cause I'm always right,"
Snicket laughed, raising her glass.
@igneetmolliti L playfully groaned in a pitiful whine, accepting her fate as Jacquelyns cling-on far too easily.
"I can't promise anything, but-" She managed to turn in the other woman's grasp, entertained with the idea of cupping her cheek. The action followed through --
@igneetmolliti "We don't s-say that," the brunette wriggled her nose with immense concentration, managing not to fall through Jacquelyns doorway.
"/You/ say th-at," she accused, hiccuping again, forgetting to let go of the volunteers hand and she took her into the kitchen to get water.
@igneetmolliti "If you die in your own home then I can't be held responsible, whereas there could be witness-" L hiccups mid-sentence, completely ruining her seriousness as she laughed again.
"Of course I d-do," another hiccup, and Snicket frowned. "Oh dear,".
@igneetmolliti "Thank you, Jac-"
She's proud of her own high tolerance, but it's impossible to walk normally, especially with an ecstatic volunteer gripping her hand, and L didn't care a bit.
Instead she laughed, as she steadied the woman. "Try to stay alive for five more minutes,"
@igneetmolliti Lemony was on the brink of arguing further as the volunteer dragged her away.
"I can walk on my own, Jackie!" The brunette mumbled, saluting to the manager as she left.
L was stunned by the silence of the outdoors, grabbing Jacquelyns hand to take her home. "That was fun,"
