@SpSambalpur Good initiative. However, more surveillance measures like installation of CCTV cameras, constant monitoring and more night patrolling vehicles need to be deployed. Vehicles should include bike patrolling too. More number of High mast lights at strategic points is also needed.

Filthy smell evidenced daily by the persons coming to market. Incidentally, Sambalpur has seemingly been improved on cleanliness front atleast

There lies enough opportunities of developing it in to a clean place for pilgrims visiting it daily. Several requests sent to government during BJD were given a deaf ear.
