A8: Life is too short. Yes, progress in your career is great, but not worth your health. Take control of your life & do what is truly best for you. If you do not have your health, your financial achievements will mean nothing!

A8: Work addiction is a behavior that requires time and strength to change. So, try ONE step at a time. Set a boundary for the phone, email, or hours..... then fill that time with something personal. #InternPro
A7: I certainly felt this way, numerous times in my career. I only took a 2-week vacation once in my career as I worked hard before I went on vacation & worked doubly hard to get caught up after my return. I vowed to never take 2 weeks again. #InternPro
Would you say this may be the "competitive" part of the job that makes folks think, "if I don't stay on top of this, I will fall to the bottom?" #InternPro
A5: FOMO can play a huge part in workplace addiction. You feel like youve always got to be involved, perhaps in control. Being away from “the action” can obsess you.

A6: I have to ask... Did you take that much time off in your 30's (Millenial's now)? I sure didn't, its when I worked the hardest/longest...etc...and learned about burnout. #InternPro
A3: Sometimes the difference between ambition & addiction is like the fine line between insanity & genius; it is hard to tell the difference.

A5: Honesty - It USED to bother me... but, if I really need to know something I will learn about it and then react. Otherwise, someone else can handle it = TEAM. #InternPro
A4: I let folks know I turn off the phone at 7:00 pm MDT (I support Pacific and East coast so my hours are large)... anything really urgent then the boss knows to ping my personal cell. #InternPro
