@sainsburys … website down… has been for ages…. cannot update my delivery for tomorrow, and veyr little info anywhere by sainsburys advising there is a problem…..
@mylifeDiabetes@ATTDconf Your advance technology may be great but your customer service is awful.. standard practise to refuse to replace faulty pumps finding any small reason that it could be the users fault and told tough claim on insurance
@ypsomed Your agents were truly awful today. Made this decision on basis of a photo there is no way this causing the battery to drain but they will not help and happily leave her with a faulty pump, which stopped delivering insulin overnight
@ypsomed Oh great.. And yet you are happy to leave my daughter whose 2 year old pump is faulty and draining batteries daily, left her without insulin because it’s failed overnight a few times. But you have just said you won’t replace the pump because there is a small scratch on the screen
@British_Airways your heathrow staff today should be totally ashamed of their behaviour. V rude. No support offered to 2 elderly travellers due to fly out this morning, other than putting them on a flight tomorrow night… quite happy to leave them stranded overnight..
@British_Airways … Your flight is one the few cancelled this am AND you manage to have the rudest person at the BA desk in LHR. I appreciate the global issue but why are your staff so shocking nowadays , a bit of empathy goes a long way!
