Hi @VirginAtlantic, can someone please take ownership of my case? I've now been passed between Web Chat, Customer Care and now Pre Travel, with every team telling me to contact someone else. Meanwhile my itinerary has been changed, leaving my wife and me stranded overnight at JFK on our 40th wedding anniversary trip after saving for over 5 years. Nobody seems willing to help—just redirect me. Is this really the level of customer service Virgin Atlantic stands for? #CustomerService
