@kpottermn What is the process/criteria for skymiles determination? The gentleman above received 22,000, but majority I have read about received 10,000. Would love to know?

I submitted expenses last Tuesday & crickets at this point. 10,000 miles were put into my account, no explanation.

@kpottermn @mspairport @AngieHufford I was in one of these lines in Salt Lake City, trying to return to here. If you have a cancelled flight it makes more sense to go to the front desk. There are more people working there and the lines, while still long, are not as long as the concourse lines.

Breaking: Sun Country is telling passengers arriving on all flights to go home and come back tomorrow for their luggage.

This is after many sat on the tarmac for 1-2 hours waiting on gates then went on to wait at baggage claim only to be told to leave.
