@Klarna Returning items to @debenhams is an absolute nightmare. Sent back 2 pairs of Burton shoes on June 28th. Tracking shows delivered to warehouse on July 4th. Instead of a refund to @Klarna, they sent an unwanted gift voucher. Now my credit is at risk. Fix this order

How’s this for PR @DebenhamsPRTeam I spent £80 on an order, which YOU cancel (could not fulfil) and after several emails and 10 days of silence, you refund me £16.34.
What a scam!
Does abolishing your customer services (it’s impossible to speak to a human being by phone) mean you can now just fleece customers (the item for sale is still on your website) knowing we can do little about it? Are you hoping it’s too much hassle to report you to the trading standards commission so we give up?
Why can’t’ I get this resolved?
Why can’t I speak to anyone?
Where’s my money?

Why is it so difficult to get any sense out of Debenhams?
I'm trying to do a return - simple.
But the parcel they delivered to me is too large for their returns system making it impossible to return it.
PLUS:
This morning i had a call from a fraudster who knew ALL the details!
