Pictures from Portugal. Lindsey’s first rotation is in Pediatrics. 🩺 She is working with many Portuguese med students, learning about their education system and the socioeconomic difference between healthcare in Portugal and the US.
Happy 20th birthday, Lindsey! She left Chicago today to work with a medical fellowship abroad, completing over 80 shadowing hours in cardiology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, radiology & general surgery at Hospital Particular in Viana do Castelo, Portugal.

@LFlondro now has a biography online with the university of Alabama, for her ongoing research within the Bama Baby Lab. She's so excited to have work that lets her engage with children!
Research Project Has Begun! Lindsey is studying infant learning during the first three years of life, helping document how infants and toddlers actively construct their own learning environments and learn, studying variability in developmental processes.
RRS Sophomore Raeed Kabir presented at the Advances with Field Experiments Conference, hosted @UChicago. Presenters shared research that uses field experiments to answer important economic questions.
Raeed was the only undergraduate presenter.
