Hello!
My parcels (& lots of other peoples parcels) are being returned to sender by Evri because the local Evri/One Stop store in Crewkerne are still waiting on a new scanner from you. Any chance this will be fixed soon? Or should we divert to an alternative ?

@SW_Help would be great if SW staff could speak clearly over train carriage tannoys. Haven’t been on a train journey yet where it’s understandable. Particularly bad when air conditioning units are chugging away.

@longstonelodge thank you for having us this last week. We felt that we were in really good hands @ Longstone; such a well run and beautiful place. The cafe was a home from home, the cakes superb and the staff were fantastic! I’ve never slept so well. We will definitely return!
