@0555_preet Never indulge yourself in thinking about the thought. One more thing you can do is , read aloud . Try to do path loud and clear. Pronounce every word slowly and correctly. Then your concentration will be on recitation and path.

@0555_preet It’s normal. When I do meditation that happens too.Our brain never stops working. All U can do is, accept U have thoughts, then push them aside and remind ur brain that u must do the most important work that u r doing right now. Path . Practice practice practice
