Lovely to end this year's sowing session with @ecobirmingham and young people from the Springfield Project, brightening up Eucalyptus Corner in Sparkhill. Many thanks to @SpringfieldWMP who came along to help as well. Look out for a display of wildflowers here next spring.

Five years ago today we set up The Patchwork Meadow to brighten up our urban neighbourhoods and bring back the bees. Since then we've given out and sown 7,607 sq.m of wildflowers across Birmingham. Many thanks to everyone who has supported us. Happy #nationalmeadowsday

I had one of those moments when normal things suddenly become amazing.
I am realising how I take photos and notes for granted. But photos let me see the past or places I have never been, and notes let me know what someone is thinking although I'm not with them.
That's amazing.
