@Amtrak @AmtrakNECAlerts @AmtrakAlerts I was removed from a train yesterday by conductor Tara McNeal on the NE RE from NYC to BOS bc she did not believe my dog was a service animal despite showing DOT forms & answering all questions. We were stranded in unknown area #ada #amtrak
