@TMobile would really like my home internet to stop randomly cutting out,all devices say connected no internet,yet the gateway has 4 bars &says very good connection.Not adding up🤔if it's maintenance or an outage..give us a heads-up.Have something on the app that we can check🤷

@TMobileHelp @evietressa I called, was told it would be taken care of but I've not gotten the $50. Or the hotspot taken off my bill it's been 2 months.I'm returning the hotspot as I've not even gotten it out of the box,not paying$90. For a free item,may just get Mediacom back after todays lack ofservice

@TMobileHelp @evietressa I agree mine has not stayed on more than 2 minutes at a time today.
Can only turn it off & on & move it from window to window so many times .
It worked fine for the first month 🤷 also I'm being charged for a hotspot that was free and I've never received$50. Rebate card.😡
