#PhilipJansen I would like to complain about how poorly my elderly vulnerable parents have been treated by BT. No Internet or phone for 4 weeks, then after numerous calls/ messages, no call backs. Still no Internet after 5 wks, utterly unacceptable.

@MattHancock Can you please explain the reasons that lockdown measures have not been lifted in Halifax. Despite having less than 20 cases per 100K, other areas ie Leeds have more cases per 100k but do not have extra restrictions.

@northernassist another diabolical service from Northern rail, 7.58 from Sowerby Bridge, packed in like cattle running late again. People left at Halifax as no space. It's only going to get worse from December when you reduce our service.
